Request Bamberg County Certified Copies

Bamberg County has a specific child-support update that affects Family Court users. Effective July 1, 2025, the Clerk of Court's Office no longer accepts regular child support payments. Regular payments may be mailed to SC State Disbursement Unit, PO Box 100302, Columbia, SC 29202-3302, with the required name and Member ID. Purge payments are different. Bamberg County research says purge payments continue to be accepted locally. The Clerk also states child support information is not provided over the phone and is provided in person with valid ID.
